SHIPPING

We ship only to the 48 contiguous states in the USA

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday via USPS. Orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 days of purchase. Tracking numbers are emailed at the time of shipment.

RETURNS

Online Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days from your order date to return for full refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original tags.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Please allow 3-5 days to process your return. Once we receive it, we will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the store credit or refund is processed.

Theadora reserves the right to inspect any returned items for damages and reject returns based on judgments whether the item(s) were worn, altered, and or washed.

All jewelry and sales items are FINAL SALE
